All packages are packed securely for transit. In the event an item is damaged in transit or an item is missing from your shipment, we will open a tracer/claim with the carrier. If a replacement item is available it will be shipped within 3 business days of your contact. In some cases the carrier will request the item to be inspected or returned to our location, in other cases you may be requested to discard the item. If a replacement item is not available a merchandise refund will be issued in the original form of payment. In the event that an item is damaged in transit/missing for an order shipping outside the continental United States a merchandise refund will be issued.
